Fall Foundations

Fall Foundations is a 3 week virtual program designed to set you up on the right track to building a home practice that works for YOU.

The 3 week program includes:

  • 1 private yoga session (where you get to ask any and all questions about your practice in a one on one setting)

  • 3 live classes (on Zoom, from the comfort of your living room)

  • 3 pre-recorded classes (for you to take whenever it fits with your schedule)

  • 6 reflective journaling prompts (2x week to bring your yoga practice off the mat)

  • 1 community gathering (Also on zoom, where we hang out, share our experiences, and feel the power and support that comes from having a sangha, community)
