I am most passionate about utilizing the practice of yoga to help others discover a sense of awareness, freedom, and joy in their bodies.
In virtual group classes I give verbal cues to guide you through your home practice. Expect to move fully and fluidly through a sequence of postures linked together with the breath.
There will be explanations of alignment and variations will be offered throughout.
The emphasis of my teaching is on learning to discern and make space for what you are truly experiencing in each moment in order to make clear and supportive decisions to move forward.
My classes invite curiosity, discovery, and encourage individual choice making.
My goal as a teacher is that you leave the practice feeling invigorated, strong, centered, and more at ease than you started.
