Private yoga sessions are open to practitioners of all levels. In this specialized, one-on-one setting there is time and space to ask everything you’ve ever wanted about your personal practice. Whether you’ve been doing this for a while or it’s your first time on the mat, private sessions will give you a solid foundation to take your yoga practice to the next level.
Once you’ve booked your private, we’ll set up a phone call to talk about your goals, design a yoga practice specifically for you, and meet at a time that works for YOUR schedule. During our sessions, you will be able to ask in the moment questions, and we’ll work together to make the yoga postures and concepts feel supportive for you and your unique needs. I will follow up with a detailed practice recap that you can use as a guide to keep developing your practice after our sessions are over.
