Private yoga sessions allow each practitioner to dive deeper into their personal practice.
The one-on-one setting makes space for unlimited questions and feedback so we can work together on your unique goals.
Some of the focuses of my client’s sessions include foundational strength building, deepening the anatomical and philosophical understanding of postures, alignment break downs, improving flexibility, and breath work.
Private sessions allow me to work with you to create personal modifications to meet the needs of your body so that the practice of yoga can support you both on and off the mat.
